Shipping Policy
We offer free standard shipping within South Africa on all orders over R600. Delivery typically takes 1–5 business days, although during peak periods such as sales or product launches, it may take up to 10 business days. For orders under R600, a flat shipping fee of R90 applies.
Extended Delivery Times:
Please note that during busy periods like sales or new product drops, deliveries may take up to 10 business days.
Remote Area Surcharges:
In rare cases, deliveries to high-risk or remote areas may incur an additional courier surcharge. If this applies, we’ll inform you directly, and the additional fee will be the customer’s responsibility.
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts:
If our courier and team are unable to reach you after repeated attempts, and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the cost of resending the package will be at your expense.
